From my competitive and coaching years, I have recognized specific areas that need attention to bring success. As your coach, I will carry many hats from Health Coach, Fitness Coach, Sport Coach, Performance Coach, Strength Coach, Confidence Coach, Mental Strength Coach, Anger Management Coach to Image Coach. That said, my coaching will focus on two specific areas.
The first phase: I will listen, observe performance, evaluate skills, review training strategies, assess general health, check injuries and analyze results to determine your fitness and technical coaching needs. We will choose together specific work priorities, establish goals and a game plan to meet those goals.
Second phase: I will conduct a psychological evaluation to bring appropriate preparation, strategies and support in the psychology aspect of competing in your specific sport. We will discuss beliefs, emotions, values, goals, risks, consequences of actions, inner and outside conflicts, mental strength-weakness and personal needs.
